Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to assist with bookkeeping, collections, insurance negotiations, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Inbound and outbound customer phone calls, texts, and emails
- Manage accounts receivable by invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts through effective collection strategies
- Negotiate insurance claims and payments to maximize recoveries while maintaining positive relationships with insurers
- Maintain and update expenses using QuickBooks Online
- Job Cost analysis
Requirements
- Restoration Industry Experience is REQUIRED
- Experience with QuickBooks is a PLUS
- "Hunter Mentality" to chase down the collections revenue via invoicing and follow-ups.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities including billing cycles, collections efforts, and insurance negotiations
- Effective communication skills for negotiating with insurance companies and collaborating across departments

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
