Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Pharmacist to join a Specialty Pharmacy team in Collierville, TN. This is a opportunity to work with patients receiving specialty medications for complex and chronic disease states.

Responsibilities
- Verify prescriptions and ensure accurate dispensing of medications.
- Provide patient counseling and education regarding specialty medications and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient therapy and promote medication adherence.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient care.
- Resolve complex patient, provider, and pharmacy-related concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Lead and support pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy staff during daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and pharmacy policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and clinical activities.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support operational excellence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
- Active Tennessee Registered Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Experience as a licensed pharmacist in a retail, hospital, specialty, mail-order, or ambulatory pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of prescription verification, medication dispensing, and patient counseling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Ability to work onsite in Collierville, TN.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Specialty Pharmacy experience.
- Experience managing specialty medications.
- Knowledge of disease states including:
- HIV
- Hepatitis C
- Oncology
- Rheumatology
- Autoimmune disorders
- Experience with Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
- Familiarity with pharmacy accreditation standards and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership or supervisory experience within a pharmacy setting.

Pay: $52.00 - $56.00 per hour
