Residential Site Manager-Position Summary
Bayside Community Network is seeking a dedicated, flexible, and highly motivated individual to serve as a Site Manager within our Residential Department. The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned residential homes, ensuring quality services are provided to the individuals we support, supervising staff, maintaining compliance, and serving as a key member of the residential leadership team.
This position works closely with the Residential Director and Residential Assistant Director and requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The Site Manager must be able to adapt quickly, manage high-stress situations, and provide support to staff and individuals as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This is not a traditional Monday–Friday position. The needs of our individuals and homes come first. Flexibility and availability are essential components of this role. This position requires one week per month of being on-call 24/7 to respond to staffing issues by ensuring homes have appropriate coverage based on staff to client ratios, emergencies, incidents, client concerns, etc. This position is scheduled to work from 2pm -10pm.
- Oversee daily operations of assigned residential homes.
- Provide supervision, support, coaching, and accountability to Direct Support Professionals.
- Ensure compliance with DDA regulations, agency policies, PCP requirements, behavior plans, and medication administration standards.
- Monitor documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Assist with staffing coordination, schedule management.
- Completes residential onboarding and trains new employees at their worksite.
- Conduct site visits, spot checks, audits, and follow-up visits as assigned.
- Assist with incident follow-up, investigations, corrective actions, and implementation of improvement plans.
- Support staff with problem-solving and crisis management.
- Attend and participate in PCP meetings, annual meetings, pre-development meetings, and other team meetings as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with nursing, CCS, behavior specialists, guardians, families, and outside providers.
- Assist with planning and coordinating community outings, special events, and activities for individuals.
- Serve as a positive role model and leader within the residential program.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
Schedule & Availability Requirements
This position requires a high level of flexibility and availability.
The Site Manager must be willing and able to:
- Must be flexible and able to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight hours as needed.
- Respond to emergencies and staffing situations.
- Assist with shift coverage when necessary.
- Be available outside of normal business hours when operational needs arise.
- Maintain consistent communication with residential leadership and staff.
- · Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including serving as the designated on-call manager for a minimum of one week per month.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
