Jobsite Solutions is hiring an experienced sod installer to join our crew serving homebuilders and general contractors across Northwest Indiana. This is hands-on field work for someone who already knows the trade and can produce clean, professional results on residential lots.
What you’ll do:
- Final grade prep and sod installation on new construction lots
- Mulch, tree, and shrub installation
- Keep job sites clean and work to builder standards
- Show up on time and ready to work
What we’re looking for:
- Prior sod and landscaping experience (this is not an entry-level role)
- Ability to read a grade and produce a quality finish
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Pay: $21-$28/hr
