If your family member has Michigan Medicaid and needs assistance with activities of daily living, you may be eligible to become their paid caregiver through Michigan's Home Help Program.
At Together at Home, we help guide families through the enrollment process and provide the support needed to become an approved caregiver.
You may qualify if you are already helping with tasks such as:
- Bathing and personal hygiene
- Dressing
- Toileting
- Mobility and transfers
- Meal preparation
- Other approved daily living activities

Basic Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass required background screening
- The person receiving care must have Michigan Medicaid and meet Home Help Program eligibility requirements
