We are looking for a dependable and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multi-family apartment complex located in Columbus, OH. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, tenants are supported, and leasing/operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the apartment community
- Oversee leasing, rent collection, and tenant communications
- Handle tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies
- Monitor budgets, occupancy, and property performance
- Conduct regular property inspections
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
