Client Care Manager (Leadership & Client Services)

What You'll Do
As our Client Care Manager, you'll lead our Client Care team while maintaining your own portfolio of clients. This is a working leadership role where you'll influence every step of the client journey—from the first phone call through ongoing quality assurance and retention.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and coaching the Client Care team
- Driving service inquiry and care consultation conversion rates
- Conducting in-home Care Consultations
- Creating personalized care plans
- Managing a client caseload
- Leading Quality Assurance visits
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client care
- Resolving client and family concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborating closely with Scheduling, Recruiting, HR, and Operations
- Monitoring team performance and developing employees through coaching and accountability

- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the service area for client visits
