Schedule: Night Shift,12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Neuro Trauma ICU for a 13-week contract opportunity in Chico, California. This role supports a Level II Trauma NT/SICU unit caring for high-acuity neuro and trauma patients, including patients requiring ICP monitoring, CRRT, and lumbar drain management.
Responsibilities
Provide critical care nursing for neuro, trauma, ICU, and surgical ICU patients
Manage high-acuity patients requiring ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using EPIC charting
Collaborate with physicians, ICU teams, and interdisciplinary staff to support safe outcomes
Float to CVU, Telemetry, ICU/CCU, or Med Surg units as needed
Requirements
active california registered nurse license required
minimum 5 years of acute critical care experience required
bls and acls certifications required
level ii trauma critical care and neuro/trauma ICU experience required
epic charting experience and previous travel nurse experience required
