Sales Associate (Wellness Advisor)
At YogaSix Naples, every membership starts with a conversation.
We're looking for an experienced sales associate who knows how to build trust, uncover what's motivating someone, and confidently recommend the right solution. If you've been successful in membership sales, boutique fitness, retail, hospitality, or another consultative sales environment, we'd love to meet you.
This is a sales role—not a traditional front desk position.
You'll be responsible for introducing new people to YogaSix and helping them discover how movement can become part of their lives. Your success will be measured by the relationships you build, the memberships you sell, and the community you help grow.
Previous sales experience is required.
What You'll Do
You'll own the member journey from the first inquiry to long-term membership by:
- Following up with new leads quickly and consistently
- Booking introductory class experiences
- Conducting studio tours and learning what matters most to each prospect
- Recommending memberships and class packages based on individual goals
- Confidently asking for the sale while delivering an exceptional experience
- Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals
- Following up with prospects and new members to encourage long-term success
- Helping maintain a clean, welcoming, and energetic studio
- Representing YogaSix at community events and local partnerships

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience
- Membership, boutique fitness, retail, hospitality, or commissioned sales experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable using CRM and point-of-sale systems
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexible part-time availability, including some evenings, weekends, and community events
