Christopher Rea Clinic is hiring a Contact Center Agent. This position will join a team of staff who receive all incoming phone calls for multiple Clinic Sites, schedule medical appointments and take messages for clinical staff. Experience in the medical field and medical terminology is preferred. Excellent customer service skills are required.
