Orchards Knob Apartments is a 44-unit HUD senior living building nestled in a community with access to dining, health care and schools.
The responsibility of the Property Manager's position includes but not limited to great customer service, supervision of staff, leasing, collection/accounting, timely reporting requirements, marketing, inspections, creation of activities, conducting meetings and working closely with owners and management.
Requirement is at least (3) years' experience in property management preferably working with HUD affordable housing. Proficient computer skills and good communication skills is a game changer. Current hours of operation are 8-5; Monday-Friday. Travel required periodically. The Property Manager in this position would be expected to stay abreast of the housing industry changes, seek training when needed and work with outside agencies to provide services and aide to the senior residents.
