About the Role:
The Client Service Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to provide exceptional client and hospital support while ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Key duties include:
- Greeting clients and assessing their needs
- Managing the check-in and check-out process
- Maintaining knowledge of hospital and clinic procedures and policies
- Performing office duties related to patient care and treatments
- Assisting the Manager and doctors as needed
