Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck.
Mount, dismount, repair, and replace off-the-road (OTR) tires on construction, agricultural, mining, and industrial equipment.
Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, proper inflation, and overall safety.
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency tire repairs on heavy equipment and industrial machinery.
Diagnose tire-related issues and complete service work efficiently in field environments.
Operate hydraulic tools, air tools, jacks, and other tire service equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain the service truck, tools, and equipment in safe operating condition.
Follow DOT regulations, company safety policies, and all OSHA safety procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional conduct.
Assist with warehouse or shop duties when not on service calls.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
Experience with OTR, commercial, or heavy-duty tires preferred, but not required.
Ability to lift and move heavy tires and equipment with or without mechanical assistance.
Capable of working independently in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
