Nurse Practitioner – Women’s Health & Primary Care

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a demonstrated passion for women’s health to join our collaborative primary care and hormone optimization team. This position is best suited for a confident, clinically seasoned provider who values thoughtful medicine, patient relationships, and outcomes that meaningfully improve quality of life.
This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in women’s health or primary care and is comfortable managing complex clinical conversations, treatment planning, and longitudinal care with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth patient evaluations, including comprehensive histories and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with a strong emphasis on women’s health
- Collaborate with primary care and hormone specialty providers to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Guide patients through care plans focused on vitality, metabolic health, symptom optimization, and long-term wellness
- Confidently manage complex cases and coordinate care when needed
- Utilize telehealth for follow-ups and continuity of care as appropriate
- Maintain precise, timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
- Educate patients with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
Required Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- Active Nurse Practitioner license (state-specific requirements apply)
- Prior clinical experience in women’s health, primary care, or hormone-focused care strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to practice independently while contributing to a collaborative care team
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient communication skills
- Comfort navigating EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- A clear commitment to practicing medicine that prioritizes patient outcomes and quality of life
