Morganton Ponds is looking for an experienced Lead Pond Builder / Project Manager to join our growing team!
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can manage projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a pond construction crew on residential and commercial projects.
- Oversee projects from excavation through final completion.
- Keep projects on schedule while adapting to weather and other unforeseen delays.
- Coordinate weekly schedules, materials, and job assignments.
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on every project.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Motivate the team, solve problems, and keep everyone productive.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Experience operating construction equipment is a plus.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
