The Senior Manager, Global Sourcing is responsible for developing and executing global sourcing strategies that deliver cost, quality, speed, and supply continuity across assigned categories. This role leads vendor strategy, negotiation, and production execution while ensuring ethical compliance and operational excellence.
They are a critical connector between merchandising, product development, product design, quality, and supply chain, enabling the business to bring great products to market on time, at the right cost, and with improved margin—without driving product decisions.
Note: This role does not own Quality Assurance or product safety functions.
Sourcing Strategy & Execution

Build and execute multi-year sourcing strategies across regions, suppliers, and categories

Lead vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management using data-driven scorecards

Negotiate cost, terms, MOQs, payment structures, and capacity allocations to deliver margin targets

Drive cost engineering, should-cost analysis, and TCO thinking to unlock structural savings

Ensure compliance with ethical, social, and regulatory requirements across all suppliers
Operational Excellence

Oversee purchase order flow, production tracking, and on-time delivery performance

Partner with quality and compliance teams on testing protocols, corrective actions, and issue resolution

Lead continuous improvement across lead times, logistics efficiencies, and supplier reliability

8–12+ years in global sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management (retail or CPG preferred)

Deep knowledge of Asia and near-shore sourcing regions

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree a plus
