We are hiring ONE Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing efforts for our growing company.
This is not a corporate marketing role with layers of approvals and a large support team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, and own the marketing function from start to finish.
You will be the marketing department.
The Mission (Build the Brand. Drive the Growth.)
Your role is simple to describe—but exciting to execute:
Generate calls. Build the brand. Help grow the company.
You’ll work directly with ownership and leadership to create and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer engagement across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services.
What You’ll Own
- Develop and execute the company’s full marketing strategy
- Manage all digital and traditional marketing efforts
- Create campaigns that generate leads and inbound calls
- Oversee social media, branding, promotions, and community presence
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, media partners, and sponsorships
- Track ROI, campaign performance, and budget effectiveness
- Create marketing calendars and seasonal promotions
- Develop recruiting marketing and hiring campaigns
- Write and manage messaging, ads, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Help evolve and protect the Leslie brand across every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For
- Marketing experience required (home services/trades experience is a huge plus)
- Strong understanding of branding, lead generation, and ROI tracking
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, and campaign management
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent real-world experience
- Self-starter mentality with strong accountability
