Position: HVAC Service Technician
Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.

Make product recommendations based on customer needs.

Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.

Work efficiently during standard hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of experience in residential HVAC service.

EPA Universal Certification.
-
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:

NATE Core Certification (Reimbursement available for those obtaining certification).

State of Connecticut D or S license
