Job Overview
We're looking for someone to help open and run our new Home Care Agency office in Burlington, MA. We have 5 other offices throughout the east coast and are looking for a rockstar operator. This is NOT a 9am-5pm, rather an ownership role with a great opportunity. Please reach out if interested.
Responsibilities
- Staff and schedule new cases, coverages, and call outs
- Hire, retain, and manage existing caregivers
- Open new cases, create relationships with local facilities, and maintain existing client base
- Billing
- Payroll
- Maintain 24/7 on-call availability
- Other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
