Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Office Administrator to join our team.
Looking for someone to work 3 days a week from 9am to 5pm.
- Assist in greeting visitors at office and answer phones as needed
- Assist in providing Broker Support for new and current listings
- Assist in inputting new listings into our listing platforms - Buildout, CoStar & CREXI
- Assist in creating property flyers in Buildout and use Buildout to schedule emails and promote listings to other platforms
- Assist in Implementing social media program
- Assist in creating social media content through Canva
- Assist in preparing sign orders and other office forms as needed
- Assist in setting up listing files/folders on the computer
- Open and Close the office following the open/close procedure
Qualifications:
- Admin experience
- Efficient communication
- Organizational skills
- Phone etiquette
- Microsoft outlook/word/excel
- Data entry
- Marketing knowledge
- Canva / social media experience
- Real estate knowledge a bonus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
