We’re looking for an organized, tech-savvy, and solutions-driven RCM Operations Specialist to help keep our revenue cycle running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who loves systems, enjoys solving operational puzzles, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll work closely with the Director of RCM Operations to support process improvements, system optimization, acquisitions, training initiatives, and special projects that directly impact company growth and revenue performance.

What You’ll Own
- Manage and maintain EMR setup and configuration for the RCM department
- Oversee EVV/RCM configurations and support ongoing system optimization
- Coordinate and maintain ERA, EFT, and EDI enrollments and setup
- Manage payer portal access and maintenance for employees across the organization
- Track Denovo/location changes and ensure systems are updated accurately and timely
- Support acquisitions, integrations, and EMR conversion projects
- Assist with recruiting efforts and onboarding support for the RCM team
- Help identify opportunities for operational and process improvements across revenue cycle workflows
- Assist in developing and building employee training programs and educational materials
- Support collections initiatives and payer-related projects as assigned
- Attend payer webinars and stay current on payer bulletins, updates, and industry changes
- Provide administrative and operational support to the RCM leadership team
- Participate in meetings, project discussions, and collaborative initiatives across departments
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of healthcare collections experience required
- 2+ years of operations or administrative experience required
- Strong healthcare operations knowledge with understanding of revenue cycle workflows
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems, portals, and payer processes
- Independent worker who can prioritize tasks and follow projects through to completion
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding company

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
