YOU DO NEED AN ACTIVE DRIVERS LICENSE TO PERFORM THIS JOB!
Looking for 40+ hour a week outdoor pest control technicians. Our primary focus are ticks and mosquitos. We begin spraying mid-March and conclude around Thanksgiving.
Job Description: Work outside and run your own truck. You will be part of team of technicians of which the duties include thoroughly spraying our clients properties for ticks and mosquitos. We will train you on all aspects of the job including, the areas of the yard to treat, how to operate and maintain our equipment, and how to be a 5-star outdoor pest technician! You DO NOT need a pesticide license in the state of Massachusetts to apply the all-natural (25b) products that we use.
Pay: $22-$25/hour (Previous pest control experience, mechanical experience, pest knowledge all taken into account). Paid weekly on Fridays
Perks: Bonus opportunity, team breakfasts & outings. Overtime earned after 40+ hours in a week
Timeframe: Monday-Friday (6:45a-3p) - We do work some Saturdays when we have rain!
Labor: A lot of walking, but certainly less manual labor than working for a traditional landscaping company. All of our trucks have 400 feet of hose for you be able to move throughout the yard and spray with.
Attire: We provide work shirts and sweatshirts for daily use. We also will provide you with work pants after you start and we can add you to our order. Boots are required but not provided. We will give you some hats to wear if you would like, however wearing hats is not required!
Right now this is a seasonal opportunity with a chance of full-time employment at the end of November 2026 if we have the position available. However, we cannot guarantee work past mid-late November.
