alified candidates shall possess a 3 to 20+ years of experience in MEP management within construction or facilities management. This role required oversight of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities within a construction project and involves managing the MEP team, ensuring the proper installation and commissioning of MEP systems, coordinating with other project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

- chelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.

- ofessional certification in MEP engineering or project management (e.g., PE, PMP, LEED, CCP) is a plus.

The base salary range for this position represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting and is dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to role, level, relevant education, experience, training, skills and abilities, location, and market and business considerations. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of the various factor identified above.
