Job Summary
We are seeking a high-impact Marketing Director to lead all marketing strategy and execution across Five Star Jewelers.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving store traffic, customer acquisition, and brand positioning across multiple Miami locations. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, capable of managing people, campaigns, budgets, and vendors while directly influencing sales performance.
This is not a traditional corporate or agency-style role—success requires operating in a fast-moving retail environment where marketing is directly tied to revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing strategy across digital, in-store, and local channels
- Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, SMS/MMS, email marketing, and CRM platforms
- Drive campaigns that directly support store traffic, sales, customer acquisition, and seasonal promotions
- Oversee brand positioning for luxury jewelry, resale, and financial services
- Manage marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI, forecasting, performance accountability, and resource allocation
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other reporting tools to analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and opportunities for optimization
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, website performance, and customer acquisition
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize digital strategies based on data-driven insights
- Create and present marketing reports, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Work closely with store leadership and operations to align messaging and promotions across locations
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, media partners, and technology providers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with agencies and external partners to maximize marketing investment
- Lead and develop a small internal marketing team (2 direct reports)
- Resolve internal alignment issues and ensure consistent execution across teams
What We're Looking For (Requirements & Preferred)
Required Experience
- 8–12+ years of marketing experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong background in retail, luxury, or high-volume consumer-facing businesses
- Proven experience in performance marketing across Meta, Google, CRM, email, SMS/MMS, and digital advertising channels
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEO strategy, digital analytics, and marketing performance measurement
- Experience developing and executing integrated email, SMS, and MMS marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into business decisions
- Experience managing marketing budgets with a strong understanding of ROI, forecasting, and financial accountability
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and media partners
- Demonstrated ability to tie marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes and business growth
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate strategy, results, and recommendations to leadership
