Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our dedicated housekeeping team. In this vital role, you will ensure our guests enjoy spotless, comfortable accommodations by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your enthusiasm and commitment will contribute directly to creating memorable stays for our guests while supporting the smooth operation of our resort.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring all areas are spotless, sanitized, and well-organized.
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies to meet guest needs.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests during service.
- Assist with additional housekeeping tasks as needed to support the overall cleanliness of the property.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and safety procedures is a plus.

Pay: $14.50 per hour
