As a Branch Leader you will:
- Collaborate with executive leadership, providing insight into market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for continued growth
- Work within a local and philanthropic community bank whose multi-decade legacy has amassed more than $400M in assets to date
- Use your leadership to influence branch strategy, implementing initiatives that improve performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction
- Help make decisions that have a direct impact on your local market, supported by the flexibility and responsiveness of a community bank
Requirements of this Branch Leader role:
- 3+ years’ closing $50K to $5M in consumer and commercial loans
- Grow a customer base and also oversees day-to-day branch needs; you are not running the branch, but rather being a sound voice when questions arise, while you are closing loans (previous branch manager/loan closing hybrid experience preferred)
- Must be a solid community banker with the ability to build relationships and assess credit
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced, changing environment and maintain a commitment to accuracy and timeliness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
