We are seeking skilled CNC Lathe Operators to join a growing production team manufacturing precision components for solar drive systems. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines
- Load raw materials and monitor production cycles
- Edit offsets and make minor program adjustments as needed
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections
- Troubleshoot minor machine or tooling issues
- Maintain production quotas and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of CNC lathe operating experience (production environment preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, and measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Own or acquire steel/composite toe boots/sneakers before start date
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Shifts:
1st shift - 6am -3:30pm M-T - Every other Friday OFF
2nd shift - 2pm - 12:30am M-T - Every other Friday OFF
3rd shift - 9pm - 6:30am M-T - Every other Friday OFF
Pay: $25/HR+ DOE. And 10% differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
