Exalt Martial Arts LLC home of Exalt’s BEST Summer Camp & After School is growing—and we are looking for a high-energy, results-driven team member to join our front office team.
This is NOT just an admin job.
This role is for someone who can connect, follow up, and convert leads into members, while keeping everything organized behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Answering incoming calls and turning inquiries into enrollments
- Making outbound calls (follow-ups, leads, past inquiries)
- Responding to emails and social media messages quickly and professionally
- Managing customer accounts and enrollment info
- Tracking leads and staying consistent with follow-up
- Supporting daily admin tasks (documents, CRM updates, scheduling)
- Attending weekly team trainings
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable on the phone (this is BIG)
- Confident speaking with parents and building trust
- Motivated by hitting goals and helping people say “yes”
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Fast learner and coachable
- Positive, energetic, and professional
This Is NOT For You If:
- You don’t like talking on the phone
- You avoid sales or feel uncomfortable asking for commitment
- You need constant supervision to stay productive
Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Able to pass a Level 2 background check (required for working with children in Florida)
- Drug and tobacco free
- Reliable transportation
