Demolition Project Manager – Full Time

We are hiring an experienced Demolition Project Manager to oversee demolition operations, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise demolition crews on active construction sites
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee demolition activities in compliance with safety regulations
- Review blueprints, project plans, and schematics to determine proper demolition methods
- Perform hands-on construction tasks as needed, including masonry, drywall, painting, caulking, flooring, welding, cabinet installation, and hardscape work
- Prepare and restore job sites for new construction or renovation
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of debris and hazardous materials
- Communicate and coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and field teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of demolition experience (required)
- Minimum 3+ years of Manager experience (required)
- Previous experience as a Demolition Supervisor or Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of demolition techniques, equipment, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Experience in multiple construction trades is required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physically able to perform demolition-related labor

- Schedule: Full-time
- Work Location: In person – Maryland
- Language: English required; Spanish preferred
- Commute/Relocation: Must be able to commute or relocate to Maryland prior to start date
