Duties
- Provide exceptional haircuts and grooming services to our clients
- Build and maintain a loyal client base by delivering outstanding customer service
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques through our continuing education programs
- Collaborate with a team of passionate and talented stylists in a fun, upbeat environment
- Promote Knockouts' signature experience and hero products
- Take part in our stylist growth program, with opportunities to advance to leadership roles
- Efficiently calculate service totals and record client notes using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
Requirements
- Cosmetology License (Required)
- Barbering License (Bonus)
- Retail Sales (Preferred)
- Customer Service (Preferred)
- Valid Cosmetology or Barber license
- Proven experience as a hairstylist or barber
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for men's grooming and staying current with industry trends
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a desire to grow and succeed
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
