We're Hiring: Part-Time Surrogate Recruiter
Nova Fertility Consulting is looking for a motivated individual to help identify and connect with qualified surrogate mothers in Southern California.
✨ Compensation:
- $1,500/month base pay
- $1,500 bonus when a referred surrogate successfully completes medical screening and is approved
- Additional $1,500 bonus when the surrogate completes embryo transfer
- Total bonus potential: $3,000 per successful surrogate referral
✨ Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in surrogacy, healthcare, recruiting, or community outreach
- Former surrogates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skill
✨ Responsibilities:
- Recruit and communicate with potential surrogate candidates
- Follow up with interested applicants
- Build relationships within local communities and referral networks
- Assist with initial candidate screening
Southern California preferred
