I have a client located in Siler City , North Carolina who is looking for a Mechanical Engineer / Machine Designer.
The ideal Mechanical Engineer will have experience designing custom industrial machinery and material handling equipment using SOLIDWORKS.
This is a temp to possible perm position that is required to be fully onsite.
Requirements
- Experience designing custom machinery or material handling systems
- Proficiency with SOLIDWORKS is required
- AutoCAD experience is a plus
- Ability to create detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings
- Experience working with conveyors, chutes, structural steel, or industrial equipment
- Strong understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes
- Ability to work directly with engineering and production teams
- Mechanical Engineering degree or related experience preferred
