What You’ll Do

Maintain cleanliness and safety of marina, piers, beach, and shoreline areas

Install, remove, and maintain seasonal docks and water equipment

Perform minor repairs (tightening hardware, replacing boards, reporting damage)

Clean piers daily from the Lake House to the Marina

Operate or assist with weed harvesting equipment to remove debris and aquatic weeds

Rake and maintain the beach for a clean, guest-friendly environment

Collect, transport, and dispose of debris and weeds

Track daily work, including weed removal and fuel usage
-
Support general maintenance projects when lakefront activity is low
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 18 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Valid driver’s license required
-
Prior boating experience preferred (launching, loading/unloading, operating equipment)

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Safety-focused and detail-oriented
