We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wood Worker to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with wood, learning new skills, and being part of a positive and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate woodworking tools such as orbitals, spray guns, table saws, staple guns, and automated equipment
- Assist in the fabrication, staining, and assembly of wooden doors
- Follow detailed measurements and work instructions to meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Participate in skill development and on-the-job training opportunities
Qualifications:
- Experience with basic woodworking tools preferred, but we will train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow measurements accurately
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
