Overview
We are seeking a composite prep technician to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality paint prep on aircraft propellers. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role requires proficiency in various painting/prep techniques, ensuring that every project meets our clients' expectations. We will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
- Execute projects with precision, ensuring even application and finish.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Perform prep work as needed for composite, wood, and metal propellers.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
