The Director of Quality Experience is responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences by building strong teams and leading operational excellence.
This is a full-time leadership role (40 hours/week) focused on food quality, food safety, team development, and shift execution in a fast-paced Chick-fil-A environment.
Responsibilities

Lead and support daily kitchen operations

Ensure excellent food quality, speed, cleanliness, and food safety

Coach and develop leaders and team members

Create a strong, positive team culture

Maintain operational systems, inventory, and shift accountability

Drive results through leadership, coaching, and execution

Uphold Chick-fil-A standards and guest experience expectations
Qualifications
Required
-
2+ years of restaurant management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred

Chick-fil-A leadership experience

ServSafe Certification
-
Experience leading and developing teams
Schedule Expectations
