The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of projects while helping maintain a polished, high-performing showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process project-related documents including acknowledgments, invoices, and closeout materials
- Assist with order tracking, vendor coordination, and schedule follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and organized project records within internal systems
- Support freight tracking and documentation, including coordination with internal and external partners
- Assist with processing project invoices, including freight and operational invoices
- Assist with credit card payment processing and documentation accuracy
- Support preparation for client meetings, including material setup and coordination with the team
- Support showroom event coordination, including open houses and client engagements
- Assist with execution of social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and basic content coordination
- Provide timely and professional communication with internal team members and external partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and showroom standards
- Support special projects, team initiatives, and company events as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools is a plus.
- Ability to learn internal systems.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
