Part-Time Construction / Property Maintenance
Small growing company looking for part-time construction help with a path to full-time.
We are a 2-person team with a relaxed work environment. We focus on doing jobs the right way, not rushing through them. We provide tools, PPE, and support. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and comfortable with check sheet procedures.
Typical work includes:
- drywall patching
- concrete repair
- roof repair and flashing, metal and liquid
- surface prep and painting
- scaffolding and general property maintenance
Construction experience is required 2 year formal.

We are also looking for someone we can invest in and pay to get MHIC licensing.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
