Alliance Mill Consulting is seeking experienced crane operators for an industrial construction project near Bemidji MN. Work will be done on a 20 days on and 8 days off shift schedule. 70 hours per week will be available and daily per diem will be paid at a set rate. Opportunity for advancement and compensation increases will be available. The project duration is approximately 6 months. With a full schedule of projects through 2026 and into 2027, we will be able to keep successful applicants employed at other project locations once this project completes.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating cranes in a construction environment with a valid certification as a Crane Operator
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to perform basic maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal operation
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and ensuring safety compliance
Pay: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour
