Job Description
Lamily Corp is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and provide excellent customer service. This role serves as the primary point of communication between customers, the warehouse, and the sales team to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate customer orders from order entry through final delivery.
* Prepare quotations, including freight and shipping costs.
* Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
* Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Track shipments and provide customers with delivery updates.
* Handle customer inquiries, order changes, and resolve issues throughout the sales process.
* Manage customer complaints professionally and work with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.
* Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse personnel, and office staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
* Support inventory coordination and product availability inquiries when needed.
* Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and operations.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Previous customer service, sales support, or order processing experience preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
* Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
*Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
