We are seeking a skilled carpenter who enjoys variety in their work and is looking for stable, year-round employment. Unlike many carpentry positions that slow down seasonally, our team members remain busy throughout the year by supporting both carpentry and exterior service projects.
Position Overview
This is a hands-on position for an experienced carpenter who can perform exterior repairs, wood rot replacement, trim work, painting, and general property maintenance.
When repair projects are not available, team members assist with our exterior cleaning division, performing house washing, roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, and related services.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and prefers consistent work throughout the year rather than seasonal layoffs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Wood rot repair and replacement
- Trim carpentry
- Siding repairs
- Exterior maintenance
- Deck and fence repairs
- Caulking and sealing
- Interior and exterior painting
- Drywall repairs and patching
- House washing and soft washing
- Concrete and surface cleaning
- Customer communication and project support
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of carpentry experience preferred
- Painting experience required
- Ability to perform repairs independently
- Professional appearance and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors and on ladders
- Team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and punctual
