Oversee, an award winning vacation rental management company on 30A, is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with ensuring the upkeep, repair, and improvement of our properties by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with projects. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with a team effectively. Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

Diagnose and repair in-home issues, such as HVAC malfunctions, appliance repairs, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Maintain detailed records of all tasks performed using Breezeway.

Communicate work progress in Breezeway, ensuring accurate tracking of billable items and hours, and coordinate with coworkers to prioritize maintenance tasks.

Conduct assigned inspections of homes to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively.

Assist other maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.

Communicate with coworkers to ensure seamless operations and collaboration across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in maintenance, preferably within the vacation rental industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
- Experience in leading a team of technicians
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
