We are seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to drive supplier quality performance across a global supply base, ensuring all materials and components meet strict engineering and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and qualification activities

Monitor supplier performance and manage KPIs

Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

Manage supplier-related nonconformances and containment actions
-
Analyse quality data to identify risks and improvement opportunities

Support Lean / Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations on supplier performance and manufacturability
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

3-7 years' experience in quality or manufacturing environments

Experience with supplier qualification (machining, casting, welding, etc.)

Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 and core quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC)

Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T

Experience conducting supplier audits

Strong communication and organisational skills

Beneficial if Experience in turbomachinery or rotating equipment, Lean / Six Sigma certification, ERP or digital quality systems experience, Design or manufacturability exposure
