Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across various surfaces and areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and efficiently that is provided at each location, maintaining all tools in excellent condition for optimal performance.
- Communicate professionally with team and clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Skills (Are a plus but not required)
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation techniques, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout your shift.
- Experience with commercial office cleaning is a plus for understanding high standards of cleanliness.
- Skilled in dusting, floor care, and general housekeeping duties with attention to detail.
- Capable of heavy lifting and manual handling safely during various cleaning tasks.
- Effective team communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
