Our brewery boasts an expansive indoor taproom, two scenic outdoor pavilions, private event spaces, and an exclusive club membership experience. We are dedicated to providing exceptional craft beer and food and memorable experiences for our patrons.
We're in search of a charismatic and welcoming host for Lark Brewing Co., someone who enjoys interacting with people (and, of course, appreciates great beer). We're excited to find an individual who thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences at our taproom. As the face of Lark Brewing Co., our host will greet guests, assist with seating, and ensure everyone feels right at home in our vibrant brewery environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively describe the story of Lark Brewing Co to guests, including its origins, brewing techniques, and the inspiration behind specific beer varieties.
- Explain the customer experience and flow of the brewery to guests, including the locations of the bar, seating areas, restrooms, and any special features or attractions within the brewery space.
- Warmly greet guests as they enter the brewery.
- Assist guests with seating, ensuring their comfort.
- Manage reservations and prepare tables for reserved guests.
- Address customer inquiries about the menu and brewery offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness in the seating area and shared spaces.
- Collaborate with staff for seamless service.
- Manage waiting lists during peak hours.
- Promote upcoming brewery events and activities.
- Assist with coordinating private events and parties.
- Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to the management team.
- Stay informed about beer offerings and brewing processes.
- Uphold brewery policies and customer service standards.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting during set up and execution of service.
- Excellent time management skills under pressure while maintaining a smile.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with customers
- Able to multi-task
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants/breweries/wineries, preferred, but not required.
- Positive personality
- Dependable
- Willingness and drive to exceed the guest expectations.
- Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.
