Flexible schedule.
The task includes taking customer orders, filling and icing cakes and pastries, decorating custom cakes using buttercream and fondant, must have experience with decorating wedding cakes and other occasion cakes, must be able to make fondant toppers and figurines, must be efficient and reliable. Candidate needs to have experience working in a commercial bakery, a good organizing skill, experience working in a fast phased environment.
