We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team and contribute to the early childhood education of young learners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth of preschool-aged children
- Create lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote developmental milestones
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to support positive interactions among students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other staff members to ensure the well-being of each child
Requirements
- Previous experience in daycare, preschool, or early intervention programs is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development, special education, and child welfare practices
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with young children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to incorporate physical education and interactive learning into daily lesson plans
- Proficiency in behavior management strategies to address individual needs within a group setting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
