Your Day-to-Day
- Execute menu items accurately and consistently through service
- Daily prep — chopping, portioning, slicing, assembling
- Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and knives safely and confidently
- Keep your station clean and organized from open to close
- Communicate with the team to keep service running smoothly
- Step up wherever needed during peak hours
What You Bring
- Prior line cook or kitchen experience (preferred, not required)
- Solid knife skills and command of basic cooking techniques
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays — this is a must
