Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard project management software. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders to drive project success.
Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project schedules usinng project management software to coordinate construction timelines effectively.
- Manage construction budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates, and controlling expenditures to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety standards, building codes, environmental regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Utilize tools such as ProCore, buildertrend, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management software for project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, safety practices, and adherence to project plans.
- Lead project meetings to communicate updates, address challenges proactively, and align team efforts toward shared goals.
- Manage contracts and change orders efficiently while maintaining clear documentation for all project transactions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by managing personnel effectively and promoting best practices in construction management.
Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil works.
- Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques.
- Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, and budget control within complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans accurately.
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in managing teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Familiarity with construction regulations governing permits, environmental standards, and building codes is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes.
- Effective project leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different phases of construction projects.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
