Western PA Site Contractor is looking to hire a dependable Construction Project Manager. The selected project manager will report to the Vice-President and oversee field operations on multiple projects to ensure that self-performed and subcontracted work follows contract documents and the project schedule.
The required tasks will include:
- Assist in the development of project schedules and sequence of work.
- Monitor daily production and profitability.
- Ensure all work is in accordance with the contract documents.
- Coordinate with Project Superintendents in scheduling manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Track work performed, identify change orders, and assist in cost input.
- Enforce Company safety policies.
- The ability to learn estimating techniques and cost control, plus ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems is essential.
